About Naxified

Naxified is a web design and development agency providing services including (but not limited to) website design, website development, landing pages, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and related digital services for marketers, agency owners, and businesses.

1. Eligibility & Use

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • You will use our Services only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not misuse, copy, or exploit any part of our Services without written permission.

2. Services & Scope

  • All services are provided based on agreed proposals, invoices, or written communication.

  • Any features, revisions, or functionality not explicitly mentioned in the agreed scope are out of scope and may require additional pricing.

  • Timelines depend on client cooperation, feedback, and content delivery.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are discussed and finalized before project start.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone or payment plan.

  • Delayed payments may pause project progress.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Revisions & Feedback

  • Revision limits are defined in the project agreement.

  • Requests beyond the agreed revision scope may incur extra charges.

  • Clear and timely feedback is required to maintain delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Until full payment is received, all designs, code, and assets remain the property of Naxified.

  • After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding:

  • Internal frameworks

  • Design systems

  • Templates

Third-party tools or licensesNaxified retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, hosting providers, plugins, or integrations). Naxified is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party platforms

  • Downtime or limitations caused by external providers

  • Licensing or subscription fees required by third parties

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, and access required for the project

  • Ensure you have rights to all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.)

  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Naxified is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client-provided materials.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior is observed

9. Changes to These Terms

Naxified may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
